Overall, we take large, complex projects from research and concept design through construction administration, installation, and project handover, maintaining a cohesive vision throughout each phase. Applicants should be comfortable multi-tasking and should demonstrate a strong abilities in the following:

• Sophisticated and innovative design sensibility • Design uniquely through the lens of a concept / story / guest experience, and not by trend • Comfort presenting ideas - both internally and externally • Construction Documentation level drawing work, including highly articulate design detailing • Design custom millwork and FF&E • See the big picture, i.e. bounce from the trenches of design detailing to the overall project needs easily and seamlessly in order to work efficiently

• Minimum of 2 years (Junior Designer), or 5 years (Intermediate Designer) of professional interior design / interior architecture experience • Experience in hospitality a must; retail or residential experience a plus • Knowledge of design and construction methods • Ability to produce technical documentation (DD, CD/IDD) • Ability to design and detail custom millwork, furniture and lighting • AutoCAD - Extensive knowledge, ability to create clean and organized drawing sets using company standards • Rhino3D or Sketchup - Ability to model 3D architecture models and furniture • Adobe InDesign - Ability to create client quality presentations for print and screen • Adobe Photoshop – Extensive knowledge • Project Management software – Excel / Word etc. • Legally eligible to work in the United States, without need for employer sponsorship
